CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY RETAIL SALE

• Prices are shown VAT included. The price list is updated periodically.
• A confirmation email will be sent when you place your order.
• Order preparation takes 1 to 2 working days: in case of unavailability of some items or particular problems, you will be contacted by our sales department.
• The shipment of products, nationally and internationally, takes place through the main national and foreign couriers, except for specific requests and according to the methods listed in the "SHIPPING AND DELIVERY" section.
• The illustrations and characteristics of the products are not binding. The proposed characteristics may be subject to changes by the manufacturer.
• An electronic invoice will be sent for each purchase made.
• Unless otherwise specified, even partial delivery cancels any remaining orders.
• LEASEMEDICA SRL cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the ordered goods.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

• Mark
  Payment is made to the courier in cash if the value of the order does not exceed 1000 Euro or by bank draft made out to LEASEMEDICA SRL for amounts up to 2000 Euro.
• Paypal
  

  After completing your order, you will be directed to the PayPal login page. You can then complete the payment directly from your PayPal account.

• Credit card
  

  Online credit card transactions are made directly on the Paypal site, via a Secure Server that adopts the SSL protection system. The system accepts the most popular credit cards including PostePay cards.

• Bank transfer
  

  Once the order has been sent, it will be checked as soon as possible by a sales manager who will send an email with the bank details for the transfer. LEASEMEDICA SRL undertakes to keep the ordered items reserved at a blocked price for a few days, the time normally necessary to complete the currency transfer procedures. The order will be processed after confirmation of the credit.

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

SHIPPING METHODS

• Shipping with Express Courier
  

  We ship nationally and internationally with the main couriers.
  Delivery is made by express courier. Delivery to the home or office floor is not provided. Delivery takes place during the following hours: from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, on weekdays (not Saturday and Sunday) and without notice. In case of absence, a notice is left and delivery is attempted again within the following 24 hours; in case of further absence, a notice is left again and you are contacted by telephone for the third delivery attempt. If this is also unsuccessful, you will be contacted by our logistics office to define the delivery details.

• Pick up at the Naples office
  

  The service includes collection by the customer at the Naples warehouse in Via San Giacomo dei Capri, 41 fab. 4 by appointment. Once the order has been sent, it will be checked as soon as possible by a sales manager who will send an email to confirm the availability of the products and confirm the date and time for collection. Payment can be made in advance or directly in cash or by check upon collection.

COSTS

The cost for shipping to Italy is €10.00 up to 3 kg

The shipping cost will be automatically added to your cart during checkout.

Any price change will be promptly communicated to the customer before shipping. For further information please contact our sales office.

 

Options and additional costs for shipping to Italy

WARRANTY

The goods always travel at the recipient's sole risk. Any damage attributable to transport or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier. Any report of defective goods or goods not pertinent to the order must be sent within 7 days of receipt. After this period, no complaints or returns will be accepted.

• The goods are checked and carefully packaged. Please check the integrity of the package upon delivery and immediately report any detectable damage to the package to the courier, signing with reserve.
• Any defects, quality defects or recognizable damages must be communicated by registered mail or fax within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the goods.
• All equipment is guaranteed for one year, according to current regulations, from the date of sale against all defects in workmanship and materials for which the original manufacturer's warranty applies. The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and will not be valid if the unit is tampered with or used improperly or is subjected to improper mechanical or electrical stress.
• The defective unit must be sent for repair, carriage paid, to LEASEMEDICA SRL, in the original packaging and together with the stamped guarantee. In no case will shipments be accepted carriage forward by any courier without prior authorization from LEASEMEDICA SRL.
• In accordance with the current laws (Legislative Decree 185/99), the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal provided that he/she gives written notice by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 10 (ten) days from the date of purchase and returns the material at his/her own expense within 10 (ten) days in the original packaging and in the original conditions, according to the methods that will be agreed (ex works). The refund will be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt, barring disputes, according to the agreed method.
